Name: Hiding Place
Prayer and Meditation:
“You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah” Psalm 32:7
Psalm 32 depicts God’s grace and mercy toward the sin in our lives. He didn’t have to, but He wanted to bring us back to Him. Like a good Father, he bore our iniquities on the cross. Colossians 3:3 states, “for you died, and your past is now hidden with Christ in God.” This is the hiding place: the place where we aren’t judged because Christ was judged for us.
I pray that you will hear the songs of deliverance, which Psalm promises God has for us. No longer are we bound by addictions, frustrations or false allegations that separate us from Christ. Let us rest in Him.
