FELLOWSHIP
Speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
(Ephesians 4:15-16)
"Thank you for the many ways you use other people to counsel me and help me grow..."
(Ruth Myers, "31 Days of Praise," Day 15 p72)
Lord, I thank You for Your Body,
The Body of Christ - the church, the communion of saints.
(1 Corinthians 10:16-17)
I am grateful for the unity of believers
who dwell together - how enriching, how good it is to have friends in Christ!
(Ephesians 4:2-3) (Psalm 133:1)
How You graciously instruct us to build each other up,
encouraging one another,
(1 Thessalonians 5:11) (Hebrews 3:13)
Ministering, prophesying to, even healing each other,
correcting each other so that we can help each other grow
and stay grounded in faith and truth.
(Ephesians 4:11-13)
In Your wisdom, You created each member of Your Body exquisitely unique,
equipping each individually to support the collective in their specific way.
(Romans 12:4-5) (1 Corinthians 12:12)
What a blessing it is to see Christ, to experience You through others,
And how awesome it is to experience Your presence when we gather together in Your name.
(Colossians 3:15) (Matthew 18:20)
Lord I give You thanks for my brothers and sisters, my elders and teachers;
Thank You for my support network, my faith family.
(Ephesians 2:19-22)
PRAISE REPORT! My Sisters in Christ
Thank you, God, for my incredible women's Bible Study, that has deeply encouraged my faith, has helped me make positive connections, keeps me grounded and focused, and reminds me that I am supported and loved. My sisters have truly been a blessing to me and have changed my life. I praise you, Lord, for putting the right people in our lives at the right time. Thank you for the Body of Christ!
PBS SUPPORTED MINISTRIES
As the Body of Christ, we want to acknowledge when good works are being done in the name of the Lord, for all the reasons mentioned above; for the reciprocal encouragement it creates. Networking throughout the Body also connects people in need with people who have a particular gift to share, creating amazing relationships and teams that God can orchestrate. Please check out our Supported Ministries page to learn about a handful of wonderful organizations about which PBS wants to spread the word. Just to highlight a couple here:
Last week Andy Elmes ministry came all the way from Great Britain to administer his Empower Conference at King's Fire Church in Kingston, NY. It was an incredibly Spirit-filled weekend that transformed lives and left many believers filled, encouraged, and stronger in their faith walk. Andy has a powerful message that we'd like to share with you - check out his website and his sessions at Empower:

Dear Core Prayer Team,
As a Prayer Ministry, we pray weekly for the needs of people but we also have a mandate and a Global vision to pray for the nations. Our prayers are powerful and can move mountains.
Our focus is Zimbabwe-
Bind every force of darkness ruling over the nation of Zimbabwe and declare that Jesus rules over Zimbabwe. Pray for the spirit of intercession to be poured over Zimbabwe. Declare that the spirit of pride be destroyed and call forth humility among the people. Pray that the plans of the enemy to be exposed and destroyed. (Ephesians 5:11-13)
Humility and the fear of the Lord bring wealth and honor and life. (Proverbs 22:4)
PRAISE REPORT

- Blanche: Blanche's eye surgery was painless. Pray that her issue has been corrected.
PRAYER REQUESTS
- Amy and baby: Amy is being induced now, almost a month early due to health concerns.
- Family of Chris Price: Chris lost his life in a motorcycle accident. Pray that his family would know the comfort of our Loving God and sense His nearness at this time of sorrow.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you.
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.(Isaiah 41:10)
