Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

The LORD tells (commands) us three times in Joshua chapter 1 to only be strong and courageous because He is always with us. The Lord gives us that strength and courage; so we have no reason to fear. He is always with us – that thought alone is more than enough!
